Chité guarantees the quality of any product sold on its e-commerce; we hope that you loved your shopping. Nevertheless, if, for any other reason what you ordered does not satisfy your expectations we would be more than happy to accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery
Our changes and returns policy envisages the respect of some conditions:
- The product must be intact and never worn
- The tag must still be hanged on the product
- The product must not be damaged
- Any customized products is not eligible for refund
To respect hygienic conditions any knickers worn at direct contact with the skin may not be eligible for refund. Chité thus reserves the right of refusing refunds that it does not consider in compliance with the conditions.
How do I change a product?
If you wish to change any of the ordered products, our Customer Service will be available to help you find a solution.
Choose the return procedure from your personal account of from your Order History to return the items you choose not to keep and place a new order for other products. Should there be any price difference our Customer Service will be able to help you.
How do manage the returns?
1Log into your personal account and choose the return option for the products you want to return.
2Fill in the form specifying the reason and any other additional information for the return option.
3Pack & Print: To send the products you wish to return we kindly ask you to use the packaging in which you received your order. Please add inside every product and any eventual document. Once processed the return request we will send you a waybill to print and apply on the box. Please make sure that the shipping address is clear and readable. In addition, please remove the other waybill from outside the box. You may use the Tracking Number of your returned products to monitor the shipping.
4Wait for the express courier to come and pick up the order.
Every change or return is free and it is managed with the full reimbursement. The shipping fess of the returns or not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of the reimbursement.
The refund will be accredited directly on the credit card registered on the website or on the bank account provided. Once Chité has received the returned items we will guarantee a timely refund. The reimbursement may take up to 14 days at maximum, but the process is usually managed in much shorter times.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the mail address provided once the refund is processed.
