Buying lingerie is not like buying clothes, lingerie must fit perfectly, this is why we’ve developed a system that allows every client to receive at home more than one set, if she/he is not sure about the size or about what to chose among different styles.
You may choose up to 6 products and select the Home Try option during the check out to receive them for free at home and you will have 6 days to decide what to keep.
The Home Try service is currently available only for registered users and for shippings in Italy, remember to login!
The procedure is very easy, you do your normal shopping and choose the Home Try option only at the end.

Login, choose the product you love and add them to the cart. You may choose up to 6 products. When checking out, if your order shows less than 6 products, you may select the Home Try option.
You will be asked to add your card data in the payment option to pay the deposit: the amount will not be withdrawn from the card, but simply blocked until the final decision. The products that will not be returned will be considered bought and the amount will be taken from the card.

You have 6 days to decide wether to buy or return the products since when you place the order. We will guarantee the shipping will be managed in a timely manner, taking into account also festive days. The eventual shipping for returns will have to be done within the 6th day.
Every returned product must be intact, not damaged, the tag must still be hanged on the product. To respect hygienic conditions any knickers worn at direct contact with the skin may not be eligible for refund, we have set hygenic measures like the use of hygenic patch on knickers but we kindly ask clients to try the Chité underwear properly without removing the hygenic patch. Any returned product will be professionally hygenized or changed if necessary.
Please note that customize products are not eligible for the Home Try service.

1Login to your account, in Order History you will find the option “return” for any purchased product.

2Fill in the return form pointing out the motivation and any other useful additional information.

3Pack & Print: Use the packaging you will find in the in the parcel received to prepare the returns and prind the waybill you’ll receive via email.

4Wait for the courier to pick up the parcel.
